Our accommodations are extremely clean and well kept. Our staff takes pride in the quality of their work which allows you to enjoy “Bahamian Time.” You will find the villa and houses freshly cleaned when you arrive, however, maid service is not provided. Fresh linens and towels are available at your request.
All the buildings on the Cay have been completely restored. Each house or villa has wide porches and patios with Adirondack chairs to catch some sun, read a book, or enjoy a sunset. Allow the moon and stars to guide you as you follow softly lit walkways fragrant with the surrounding lush landscape. This is your own personal paradise.
Telecommunications
There are two public phones on the island. Phone cards are available at the
store. Some US cell phones work on Sampson Cay (find out through your local
carrier). Satellite TV is available in the bar, Hilltop Villa and Maine House.
Laundry
There are washing machines and dryers at the marina for the use of all island
and marina guests.
Electricity
Three generators produce all the electricity you could possibly need and
ensures that you have power at all times.
Water
Reverse Osmosis filtration is used to create all the fresh water on
the island. No rainwater is used at all. Plumbing is to American standards.
