Our accommodations are extremely clean and well kept. Our staff takes pride in the quality of their work which allows you to enjoy “Bahamian Time.” You will find the villa and houses freshly cleaned when you arrive, however, maid service is not provided. Fresh linens and towels are available at your request.

All the buildings on the Cay have been completely restored. Each house or villa has wide porches and patios with Adirondack chairs to catch some sun, read a book, or enjoy a sunset. Allow the moon and stars to guide you as you follow softly lit walkways fragrant with the surrounding lush landscape. This is your own personal paradise.

Telecommunications
There are two public phones on the island. Phone cards are available at the store. Some US cell phones work on Sampson Cay (find out through your local carrier). Satellite TV is available in the bar and the Maine House.

Laundry
There are washing machines and dryers at the marina for the use of all island and marina guests.

Electricity
Three generators produce all the electricity you could possibly need and ensures that you have power at all times.

Water
Sampson Cay has a large watermaker used to create all the fresh water on the island. No rainwater is used at all. Plumbing is to American standards.

Hilltop - 4 Guests Maximum*
3 night minimum for $575/night
Weekly - $4,000 per week
2 bedrooms, 1 bath, full kitchen & a wraparound patio.

Tower House - 2 Guests Maximum*
$1,500 per week or $250 per night
1 bedroom & 1 bath 2 patios,
a small fridge, microwave & coffee maker.

Schoolhouse Villas -2 guests maximum per room*
North - $2,100 per week or $350 per night
South - $1,500 per week or $250 per night
Both Villas - $3,600 per week or $600 per night
Two efficiencies with queen size bed, bathroom, kitchen and sitting area.

Marina Villa - 2 Guests Maximum* per Unit
Each unit - $1,500 per week or $250 per night
Two units with king size bed, living and seating area, bathroom and kitchenette.

A golf cart is included with the Maine House rental.

Continental breakfast is included with all rentals.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner menus are available, as well as a full bar.

*NO PETS AND NO SMOKING IN RENTALS. Maximum number of guests is indicated for each accommodation and is based on the number of beds provided. A cot may be provided for each accommodation (except the Tower House) for an additional $70.00 per night.
