For reservations booked 31 days or more before arrival, a 50% deposit must be received within 7 days of booking to avoid automatic cancellation. Final payment is due at least 30 days prior to arrival. If a reservation is made within 30 days prior to arrival, full payment is requested at the time of booking. All payments must be received by the due date to avoid automatic cancellation. We accept most major credit cards (except American Express), money orders, cashiers checks, and checks.
Note: for checks which are returned from the bank for insufficient funds, a $30.00 fee applies. Once any portion of the package has been used, unused features or accommodations nights are non-refundable.

Refunds for cancellations and Susbtitutions/No-Show Policy:

Deposit is non-refundable unless property is rebooked for same dates. If property rebooks prior to 90 days of arrival date, there is a 10% cancellation fee on total invoice amount. 90 to 30 days of arrival- No refund unless property books for same dates. If property rebooks for same dates within this time, there is a 25% cancellation fee on total invoice amount. Within 30 days of arrival or no shows - No refunds.
