50% of total lodging is due in order to secure a reservation. The remaining 50% will be charged 30 days previous to arrival. If a reservation is made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is requested at the time of booking. A 24 hold is allowed on reservations and we will gladly work with you while you secure your travel arrangements.

Note: for checks which are returned from the bank for insufficient funds, a $30.00 fee applies. Once any portion of the package has been used, unused features or accommodations nights are non-refundable.

We accept all major credit cards except American Express. We are diligent in keeping your information private. Your contact information will never be used for any other purpose than communicating with you in regards to your reservations. Your credit card information will be under lock (and destroyed when finished) and never used for any purpose than agreed to.

Refunds for cancellations and Substitutions/No-Show Policy:

If cancellation is made prior to 90 days of arrival and the property rebooks for those dates, the cancellation fee is 10% of total invoice amount. Cancelling 90 to 30 days prior to arrival results in a 25% cancellation fee if the property rebooks for the same dates. No refunds for cancelling within 30 days of arrival.
